Welcome to Chic Lash Academy. By purchasing, enrolling in, or accepting any of our courses, trainings, products, or services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
- Educational Purpose - All courses, trainings, certifications, and materials provided by Chic Lash Academy are for educational purposes only. Completion of course does not guarantee licensure, employment, income, or business success. Results vary based on individual effort, skill, and compliance with state regulations.
- Enrollment & Payment -
- Full Payment or approved payment plan is required to secure your seat.
- Seats are limited and confirmed only after payment is received.
- Prices are subject to change at any time.
3. No Refund Policy -
Due to the nature of educational services and digital content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:
- Course enrollment
- Deposits
- Digital Products
- Missed Classes
- Change of mind
4. Transfers & Rescheduling -
- Course transfers or reschedules may be approved one time only at the discretion of Chic Lash Academy.
- Request must be made in writing prior to the course start date.
- Transfers are subject to availability and may include a transfer fee.
5. Attendance & Participation -
- Students are expected to arrive on time and participate fully.
- Missed hours or incomplete coursework may result in no certification issued.
- Models, supplies, and kits (if included) are not guaranteed if sessions are missed.
6. Intellectual Property - All course material manuals, videos, images, logos, and content are the intellectual property of Chic Lash Academy and may not be copied, shared, sold, or distributed without written permission.
7. Liability Waiver - By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your participation. Chic Lash Academy is not liable for:
- Personal injury
- Allergic reactions
- Business Outcomes
- Improper application of techniques taught
Students are responsible for following all safety, sanitation, and state licensing requirements.
8. Code of Conduct - Chic Lash Academy maintains a respectful, professional learning environment. We reserve the right to remove any student for:
- Disruptive behavior
- Inappropriate conduct
- Violation of policies
Removal due to conduct does not qualify for a refund.
9. Privacy - Your personal information is kept confidential and will not be sold or shared. except as required by law or to process enrollment and certification.
10. Changes to Terms - Chic Lash Academy reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
