- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Processing times may be extended during launches, sales, or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Shipping times vary based on carrier and location.
- Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier.
- Chic Lash Academy is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking Information
- Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout once your order ships.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to reshipping fees.
- We are not responsible for lost packages due to address errors provided at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Chic Lash Academy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
- Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Shipping for Courses & Digital Products
- In-person classes, digital products, and online courses do not require shipping.
- Any kits included with a course will follow the shipping terms outlined above unless stated otherwise.
Final Sale
All shipped products are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
